Supervise and monitor HSSE procedures and implementation of company policy Supervise and monitor daily HSSE activities performed by contractors. Facilitate regular Safety & Health inspection, assessments and audit on-site in accordance with established Company Safety & Health programs. Follow the safety requirement of the sites and immediately report hazardous. Review and coordinate site contractors Safety, Health and Environment plans. Ensuring Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive / control measures are in place. Effective Implementation of Health & Safety Policy of the Company at Workplace.Identification and risk assessment for the site hazards (electrical, mechanical & civil), unsafe working.Active participation of Monthly safety meetings.Weekly safety trainings to workers & daily toolbox talk.Conducting safety related trainings to staff as per requirement Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records.Daily Site inspection & Regular site visiting & reporting to H.S.E Manager.Periodically inspection of Firefighting equipments, Electrical equipments, Power tools, Constructional vehicles etc. monthly & quarterly.Daily First-Aid equipment checking & maintains properly.Coordinating with consultant and client.Providing safe working atmosphere in site & Reporting about various Hazardous in site and initiating necessary action.Submitting weekly health safety performance report to the management.Conducting monthly site safety meetings & preparing monthly safety reports.Ensures compliance with entire Environmental Health and Safety regulate
